WWW Autoforward

The www. version of your domain should automatically autoforward to the root domain, or vice versa. Eg. www.mydomain.ca should automatically take you to mydomain.ca. Otherwise, you’ll have 2 identical versions of your site, which Google considers duplicate content (and doesn’t like).
