- A few points:
- Facebook or website? – the answer, in a nutshell, is both. They’re like the 2 wheels on a bicycle. Sure, you can still travel on a unicycle, but it takes a lot more skill, trial and error, and bumps to do so well. Facebook excels in social interaction, but a website really helps deliver info in an organized, meaningful structure.
- Treat your website like your reception area. Think – would you lose the occasional customer if your front door was too small? (or if your site wasn’t mobile phone friendly). What about if it was cluttered, or was challenging to navigate?
